What is www.onlyluxurythings.com?

We are an online store that combines suppliers from all over the World in one place. We have a team dedicated to source and analyze products, before offering to our customers. Our suppliers are our partners, and we work together to ensure our customers receive their orders the soonest, and they are happy!

 

How does shipping work?

As soon as you place the order with us, we notify our suppliers to fulfill your order. The dispatch is generally done in 1-2 working days, and the parcel should arrive to our end customer in 7-15 working days. For majority of the items, you will receive a tracking number from us, and you will be able to see where your package is at any point in time!

 

How does return work?

Don't worry! You have 14 days after your received your product to change your mind. Please don't throw away any packaging, tags, or any other material you received from us. Once you decided you want to return the item to us, send us an e-mail to info@onlyluxurythings.com and we will send you the instructions on how to do it. Remember, the item must be in the same conditions as we sent to you. As soon as the package is in our warehouse, we will process the return. We will return what you have paid (based on the condition of the product) to the same payment method you used. Expect 1-4 working days for bank transfers, and 7-15 working days for credit cards.
